Ceasar Lecea is owner and designer at River Ocean Jewelry Designs LLC. He has been beading and making jewelry for over twenty years. Most designs are made with gemstones, Pearls (Fresh water & Salt water), Swarovski Crystals, Sterling Silver, Vermeil and 14 Kt GF.
Lecea also likes to use African trade beads and Indian Silver pieces in his designs. With a passion for tribal and ethnic influence in his work. He works at a bead store in Washington area when not creating his own designs.
